Sessions II Shoutout: Philip Hur

With all the support we’ve been getting to put Sessions together, its only right that the Grind show some support for people in the community as well. Philip Hur is a kindergarten teacher at Citizens of the World – Silver Lake, and in just his first year of teaching, parents and peers have nominated him for The Great American Teach-Off, a competition that recognizes the best Kindergarten through sixth grade teachers in America.

Studies show that grades K to 6 are critical to the development of a child, and Mr. Philip strives to leave a lasting impression on his students by showing them learning can be important, but also fun at the same time. With the $10,000 educational grant Mr. Philip can win from this contest, he will be able to do so much more for his students.

You can help Mr. Philip leave an even bigger impact on his students by voting once every day, until this Sunday!

Show some support, and don’t miss out on Sessions with the Grind Syndicate, Sunday, March 24, 2013!
